We are seeking a Sr. Project Efficiency expert to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enhancing project workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing strategic improvements to drive productivity and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in project management.
• Develop and maintain project efficiency metrics and reports for stakeholders.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team productivity.
• Conduct regular audits of project processes to ensure compliance and efficiency standards.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in project management or efficiency improvement roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
