Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven person to lead high-priority Aeronautical Ground Lighting initiatives. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex CAT-3 airport projects. You will serve as the critical link between executive vision and technical execution.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scopes and deliverables in alignment with business objectives and senior leadership's vision.
- Direct multidisciplinary teams (Engineering, Product/R&D, Sales) to ensure seamless execution and maintain team cohesion.
- Manage project budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), tracking expenditures to ensure maximum output and ROI.
- Proactively identify project red flags and navigate roadblocks to protect timelines and budgets.
- Provide data-driven updates to leadership, translating technical milestones into clear business value.
- Guide junior project staff and contribute to refining internal project management methodologies.
- Lead the technical interface during DGCA inspections and operational demonstrations.
Key Performance Indicators
- Percentage of milestones met according to the baseline schedule.
- Optimizing team bandwidth to prevent burnout while maintaining high-quality output.
- Active and successful participation in client operations and DGCA inspections.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 12+ years of project management experience, with a specific focus on CAT-3 airports and large-scale aviation initiatives.
- Mastery of AGL systems and deep knowledge of aviation regulations.
