Description
Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale computer vision–driven returns grading as a core capability, partnering with Science, Ops, Product, Finance, and external vendors to reduce cost to serve and improve customer experience. Drive end-to-end program ownership across image capture, model inference, and workflow integration, including coordination with procurement, infrastructure, and data collection partners to enable high-quality, scalable deployments.
Own operational excellence across pilots and production rollouts by identifying opportunities to automate evidence collection, defect detection, and decision-making. Define and deliver a multi-year roadmap across Established and Emerging Marketplaces, ensuring solutions scale with increasing volume and complexity.
Drive alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, influencing scope, trade-offs, and prioritization. Establish clear milestones, delivery timelines, and review mechanisms to track progress and business impact.
Leverage metrics to deep dive into model performance, operational bottlenecks, and defect trends; implement audit mechanisms and course corrections to meet business goals. Partner closely with Science, Tech, Ops, and external stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
