Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct presales engagements, including RFP responses, client workshops, proof-of-concepts, and competitive positioning to secure multimillion-dollar deals.
  • Oversee full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from ideation to deployment, incorporating Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and quality assurance in cloud-native environments.
  • Manage end-to-end managed services delivery, including SLAs, vendor orchestration, incident resolution, and continuous service improvement using ITIL frameworks.
  • Mitigate program risks through proactive identification, impact analysis, and contingency planning, ensuring 95%
  • on-time delivery rates.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging AI/ML for predictive analytics, data engineering for real-time pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Spark), and multi-cloud strategies (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Foster stakeholder alignment via executive reporting, dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and change management to maximize ROI and business outcomes.
