Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Management:

  • Ensure stable operations across IT infrastructure and critical applications globally.
  • Minimize disruptions to business functions via proactive monitoring and control measures.
  • Lead the implementation of the One Platform Open Process strategy to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Proactively manage and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) and Service Integration and Management (SIAM) processes.

Vendor Governance:

  • Drive adoption of a multi-vendor governance model to manage diverse IT service providers effectively.
  • Ensure seamless integration and high-quality delivery across multiple IT service vendors.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Foster close collaboration with business units to prioritize initiatives and ensure standardized communication.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on IT operations, processes, and improvements.

Innovation & Technology Integration:

  • Investigate, evaluate, and integrate next-generation technologies (e.g., AI) to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Promote innovation in IT operations and service delivery practices.
