Amazon seeks a creative, dynamic, and experienced Senior Program Manager to join the EU FBA team to drive transformational improvements in our fulfillment operations. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of how millions of sellers experience Amazon's fulfillment network while directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
As a Senior Program Manager, you will own the strategy , drive product related discussions and execution of initiatives that reduce operational defects , Escalation management, VOS, Adoption , and touch entire seller journey and enhance both end-customer delivery experience and our selling partner experience across Amazon's fulfillment network. You'll work at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy to identify opportunities, design solutions, and scale innovations that deliver measurable impact.
You will work independently with senior leadership visibility, driving complex initiatives that span multiple organizations. This role requires someone who can think big, connect disparate insights, and lead pilots from concept through to network-wide implementation.
Key job responsibilities
. Define and own program strategy, vision, and roadmap for critical fulfillment initiatives and internal-facing applications
. Develop program roadmap , working with various team to ensure alignment with stakeholder business and application objectives
. Translate business intent, customer needs, and technical direction into clear, well-documented business requirements or product backlog for complex applications spanning multiple technical domains
. Own end-to-end program and product delivery with feature tradeoffs and technology product management
. Bridge conversations between business users and development teams using knowledge of complex business processes and technical integration
. Collaborate with Program, Operations, Product, Engineering teams to define, launch, and scale innovative pilots
. Navigate ambiguity and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
. Use data and metrics to drive decision-making and measure program success
. Identify and lead scalable solutions to operational challenges in partnership with cross-functional teams
. Communicate strategy and results to senior leadership through compelling narratives and business cases
. Establish program mechanisms including goal setting, metrics, and reporting frameworks
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
- Experience delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Experience working in e-commerce / retail / supply chain / financial services business
- Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience working in an operations, supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in managing and troublshooting network and experience in software development
