Description

As a Senior Program Manager, you will streamline team's returns reduction and abuse prevention efforts for Amazon India. You will be responsible for managing requirements, tracking metrics, and identifying innovations to continually strengthen our defence against returns and its associated costs, including fraud and abuse.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to design strategies, establish goals and monitor progress regularly. Your program management and analytical skills will help optimize processes, identify emerging opportunities of cost reduction and abuse Modus Operandi (MOs), and benchmark our performance.

If you have extensive experience driving large scale programs across functions, managing stakeholder expectations, and continually identifying defects and and their solutions through data-driven insights, this is the ideal position for you to make a significant impact at Amazon's scale.

Key job responsibilities
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing our returns and concessions cost reduction and abuse prevention programs for India. In this role, you will:

- Lead the efforts to reduce policy and process defects and associate abuse to reduce cost of returns and concessions

- Run cross-functional product and program mechanisms across business, product, and tech stakeholders

- Streamline cross-functional collaboration to establish program goals, KPIs, and track progress at regular intervals. Identify potential blockers upfront and find solutions.

- Manage the roadmaps and publish quarterly updates on achievements and learnings.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
