About The Role
Strategic Initiatives: Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, products, and technological breakthroughs.
Project Management: Lead planning, execution, and tracking of high-priority initiatives aligned with company goals.
Growth and P&L: Manage and lead cross-functional P&L responsibility for multiple products horizontally or a single product vertically.
Business Analysis & Research: Gather, analyse, and present data to evaluate business models, investments, and strategic opportunities.
Leadership & Team Building: Manage a team of 2-3 Program Managers
About The Successful Candidate
- Top-tier 1 MBA from top B-schools with 3-4 years in top-tier consulting firm
- Good to have: Hands on experience in working with a startup in a similar role
- Should be willing to be a part of a journey that will witness hyper growth in 2-3 years
