Job description
RBS SPEG (Selling Partner Engagement and Growth) team is looking for a Sr Program Manager to drive the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) program for vendors in North America Stores. You will work directly with the organization's leadership team, own developing & leading business plans, run initiatives for vendor facing teams and drive process improvements across global mechanisms. This role is highly cross-functional: success will depend on your ability to operate efficiently across teams, drive alignment, lead critical decisions among stakeholders, and ensure accountability from contributing teams and individuals.
Key job responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Program vision: Define and develop the program roadmap, including 3-year and annual plans, aligned to business impact, vendor needs, and leadership goals.
Problem identification and solutioning: Identify recurring problems and opportunity areas by analyzing performance trends, vendor feedback, and stakeholder inputs, then partner with teams across Amazon to drive solutions.
Program health tracking: Build scalable mechanisms to track program health, measure outcomes, and improve operational efficiency across the vendor lifecycle.
Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across retail, category, operations, and technology to drive alignment, resolve blockers, and ensure accountability on deliverables. Maintain mechanisms for regular business reviews, milestone tracking, and leadership reporting.
Automation and Efficiency: Partner with internal RBS and tech teams to automate and improve processes, driving efficiency and scale.
Team Enablement: Lead knowledge-building and enablement efforts by creating SOPs, playbooks, and sharing best practices across teams.
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
