Job Summary

The Senior Program Manager leads large, complex, cross-functional programs that span across ACI functions, driving strategic business outcomes through effective program execution. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end program delivery-from planning through implementation-while aligning business objectives with technology solutions.

The individual will operate in a highly dynamic environment, managing multiple initiatives concurrently, collaborating across global teams, and driving execution at scale. This role requires strong leadership presence, the ability to build trusted relationships, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to ensure successful program outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead one or more large, complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple functions, geographies, and stakeholders
  • Act as the single point of ownership and accountability for program outcomes-scope, timelines, budget, and quality
  • Develop and manage integrated program plans, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
  • Drive program execution with urgency and ownership, ensuring alignment and progress across 10+ global teams where required
  • Identify, track, and proactively mitigate program-level risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable program roadmaps and deliverables
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration at scale, enabling alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Lead governance, reporting, and executive communication, including dashboards, risk registers, and program updates
  • Drive decision-making and stakeholder alignment, especially in ambiguous or high-risk scenarios
  • Mentor and guide project managers and junior members on best practices and program methodologies
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across programs

  • Proven capability to build relationships and trust quickly to deliver outcomes

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of program management experience managing complex, transformational programs

    10-15 years of project/program management experience in complex environments
  • Strong experience managing multi-project programs with global scope and cross-functional teams
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or equivalent certification (or working towards)
  • Experience in IT infrastructure, operations, risk/compliance, or enterprise transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, including C-level engagement
  • Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project)
  • Experience in managing global teams and distributed delivery models
