Job Summary
The Sr Product Specialist(ISG) will play a pivotal role in driving product innovation and excellence within our organization. With a focus on cloud technologies and AI the specialist will leverage their expertise in Java Spring Boot AWS Python GCP Gen AI Azure and Java to enhance product offerings. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Telecom Billing & Revenue Management domains ensuring seamless integration and optimization of solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative product solutions using GCP Open AI AWS and Azure technologies.
- Oversee the integration of Python3 and Java applications to ensure seamless functionality and performance.
- Provide technical expertise in Spring Boot to enhance product architecture and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Drive the optimization of product offerings within the Telecom Billing & Revenue Management domains.
- Ensure product compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation and training materials.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Support the sales and marketing teams by providing technical insights and product demonstrations.

- Possess strong expertise in cloud platforms such as GCP AWS and Azure.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages including Python3 and Java.
- Have experience with AI technologies particularly Open AI to drive product innovation.
- Show familiarity with Spring Boot for robust application development.
- Understand the Telecom Billing & Revenue Management domains to tailor solutions effectively.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
