We are seeking a Senior ProductOwner to lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of software products within our gaming technology portfolio. This roleis ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven productprofessional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business needs into high-quality, scalable solutions.

The Senior ProductOwner will work closely with engineering, data, design, QA, and senior business stakeholders to make informed productdecisions and execute productstrategies that support the company's long-term growth and sustainability. The rolerequires the ability to manage multiple priorities, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Key Responsibilities

ProductStrategy & Ownership

• Define and execute productroadmaps and backlogs aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market insights.

• Specify market and customer requirements through close interaction with customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Document productchallenges, opportunities, and success criteria to guide development and decision-making.

Execution & Delivery

• Drive new feature development from start to finish by:

o Writing clear productrequirements, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

o Defining delivery timelines and priorities in partnership with engineering and QA teams.

o Working cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and QA in an Agile environment.

o Experience in JIRA and in designing/wireframing tools such as Balsamiq and Figma.

• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality in day-to-day productmanagement activities, including:

o Drafting, refining, and validating productrequirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

o Synthesizing customer feedback, support tickets, and field insights into actionable productinputs.

• Support AI-enabled efficiencies across the delivery lifecycle, including:

o Backlog refinement and sprint planning.

o Test case creation and defect triage.

o Productdocumentation, release notes, and training materials.

• Ensure all productand project requirements, objectives, and dependencies are clearly documented and communicated.

• Perform and support user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying defects, enhancements, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Plan and manage productroadmaps and releases using Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align on productvision, priorities, and delivery trade-offs.

• Develop and deliver clear, concise presentations and updates for internal and external audiences.

• Work closely with UX designers to ensure products deliver an intuitive, seamless, and high-quality user experience.

Documentation & Enablement

• Assist with the development and distribution of productdocumentation, including:

o Productrequirements and specifications

o Release notes

o Regulatory documentation requests

o Training and enablement materials

Required Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in productmanagement.

• Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products in a cross-functional environment.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); familiarity with Waterfall is a plus.

• Domain experience or familiarity with the casino or gaming industry is preferred but not required.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, documentation quality, and decision-making.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear productactions.

• Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams on complex software systems.
