What You'll Own
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at LoanPro, you will be a strategic Builder responsible for owning the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for key product lines. You will bridge the gap between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive revenue. This is a role for a seasoned marketer who embodies the Founders Mindsetyou don't just execute the playbook; you help write it. You will lead high-impact product launches, drive competitive intelligence, and act as a subject matter expert to empower our sales team to win against legacy competitors. You are responsible for exemplifying excellent customer service and the Company core values, culture, policy, and procedures at all times.
Essential Job Functions
- GTM Strategy Ownership: Develop and drive comprehensive Go-To-Market plans for major product releases and new features. You own the launch checklist and cross-functional coordination.
- Deep Product & Market Mastery: Become the internal authority on LoanPro's technical capabilities, customer personas, and the Fintech landscape. You will identify the job to be done for our customers better than they know it themselves.
- Strategic Content Creation: Own the narrative. Create and oversee high-leverage assets including white papers, pitch decks, website copy, and case studies that clearly articulate ROI and business value.
- Sales Enablement & Training: Don't just hand off materialspartner with Sales Enablement to deliver deep-dive training sessions. Ensure the sales team can speak fluently about our differentiators.
- Competitive Intelligence: Lead the charge on competitive research. Monitor competitor movements, analyze their messaging, and produce battle cards to help our sales team depose legacy infrastructure.
- Value Engineering: Collaborate with revenue leaders to build ROI calculators and business cases that prove the economic impact of LoanPro to C-level prospects.
- Voice of the Customer: Conduct client interviews and win/loss analysis to refine messaging and feed insights back to the Product team.
- Mentorship: Act as a mentor to junior team members, setting the standard for quality, grit, and execution speed.
- Onsite Collaboration: An essential function of this role requires onsite work to collaborate with other team members. Remote work can be conducted at the manager's discretion and in accordance with company hybrid policy.

Job Qualifications / Skill Requirements
- 3-5 years of Product Marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven Launch Experience: Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product launches from ideation to post-launch analysis.
- Fintech Savvy: A strong understanding of the financial services landscape (Lending, Credit, Payments) is highly preferred.
- Execution Mindset: You have a track record of high output. You can balance strategy with the grind of getting assets out the door.
- Excellent Communication: Superior writing, presentation, and storytelling skills. You can simplify the complex.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to back up your decisions and measure the success of your launches.
- Influence without Authority: Ability to lead cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, CS) toward a common goal without being their direct manager.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, and competitive intelligence platforms.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and align marketing activities with broader company revenue goals.
