About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and execution driven Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go to market initiatives across ideaForge's evolving portfolio of advanced UAV and deep tech solutions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customers, and markets, translating complex capabilities into compelling market narratives that drive adoption, lead generation, revenue growth, and customer impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong B2B technology marketing experience with cross functional leadership, business acumen, customer insight, and a passion for storytelling in high impact industries.

Key Responsibilities

Go To Market Strategy & Product Launches

Own and drive GTM strategy for new product launches and technology collaborations.

Lead end to end launch execution, ensuring all go to market stakeholders are aligned and enabled.

Develop positioning, messaging, and rollout strategies for products, partnerships, and market expansions.

Drive collaboration GTMs with ecosystem, technology, and strategic partners.

Demand Generation & Revenue Growth

Build and execute strategies that contribute to lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth across multiple marketing channels.

Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to improve conversion across campaigns, events, digital programs, SEO, webinars, and partner initiatives.

Develop an understanding of marketing funnel performance and optimize messaging and campaigns to improve business outcomes.

Track and benchmark campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and contribution to business growth metrics.

Cross Functional Leadership & Process Excellence

Create SOPs and scalable internal processes for collaboration across Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and Sales.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistency in digital communication, product messaging, and branding.

Build frameworks for efficient stakeholder alignment and launch readiness.

Drive coordination across multiple teams to ensure timely execution of GTM priorities.

Product Communication & Content Strategy

Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions.

Develop compelling product communication including:

Use cases

ROI narratives

Persona based messaging

Sales enablement content

Campaign positioning

Support product storytelling across websites, events, campaigns, webinars, and presentations.

Market Research & Customer Insights

Conduct market research to identify:

Customer personas

Competitive landscape

Industry trends

Key market drivers

Continuously engage with customers to gather feedback and actionable insights.

Build and drive NPS and CSAT feedback strategies to improve product and customer experience.

Business Analytics & Growth

Conduct GTM analytics and benchmark business impact against defined metrics.

Support funnel growth initiatives across SEO, social media, campaigns, events, and digital programs.

Measure effectiveness of launches, messaging, and collaboration outcomes.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Lead and mentor product marketing team members, fostering ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence.

Manage priorities across multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment.

Conduct product webinars, presentations, and stakeholder enablement sessions for internal and external audiences.

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross functional stakeholders to strengthen product adoption and market positioning.

Successful and measurable product launches with strong stakeholder enablement.

Demand generation and revenue growth driven through strategic collaborations and GTM initiatives.

Consistent and aligned messaging across customer touchpoints and digital channels.

Improved customer engagement, NPS, and CSAT metrics.

Clear market positioning supported by strong use cases, personas, and ROI driven communication.

Measurable contribution to pipeline and funnel growth through campaigns, SEO, social, events, and partner programs.

Strong cross functional collaboration and effective team management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Looking for 8+ years of strong experience in B2B technology or deep tech Product Marketing.

Proven track record managing GTM for hardware, software, or subscription based products.

Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution across multiple marketing avenues.

Experience working closely with Sales and Demand Generation teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

Proven experience managing and mentoring teams in fast paced, high growth environments.

Excellent cross functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to translate technical concepts into business and customer value.

Strong analytical, research, and business insight capabilities.

Experience building SOPs, scalable processes, and internal frameworks.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Customer centric mindset with experience in feedback and engagement programs.

Enthusiasm for emerging technologies, hardware, software, and innovation ecosystems.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.

Experience in defence tech, robotics, drones, SaaS, industrial technology, or enterprise ecosystems is a plus.
