Job Description:

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the urology portfolio

* Drive brand planning, positioning, and lifecycle management

* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities

* Design and execute promotional campaigns, including digital and field engagement initiatives

* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies

* Conduct regular field visits to gather market feedback and strengthen stakeholder relationships

* Manage product budgets, forecasting, and ROI tracking

* Lead new product launches and ensure successful market penetration

* Work closely with medical, regulatory, and sales teams for aligned execution

Candidate Profile

* 7–12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing

* Must have strong experience in urology therapy

* Proven track record in brand management and product lifecycle management

* Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

* Experience in handling field force and cross-functional teams

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
