Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity verification / KYC / onboarding products
Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals
Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into clear user stories and PRDs
Drive product decisions around OCR, biometric verification, document verification, AML, fraud detection, and onboarding flows
Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence
Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve product outcomes
Partner with sales and customer success teams to support enterprise implementations and integrations
Track product performance using data and iterate based on insights
What You Will Need
Strong experience as a Product Manager in identity verification, KYC, fraud, or fintech platforms
Technical Fluency: You are comfortable reading API documentation, understanding system architecture, and discussing trade-offs (latency vs. accuracy) with engineering leads.
Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indian fintech landscape, KYC regulations (RBI/SEBI), or identity verification technologies (OCR, Face Liveness) is a massive plus.
First-Principles Thinking: You don't just copy competitors; you break down problems to their core to build superior solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage expectations across sales, legal, and leadership teams
