Sr Product Manager in
India.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the strategy and execution of a mobile-first platform, shaping a seamless experience for users on-the-go. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and feature priorities while collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams. The position focuses on improving efficiency, communication, and engagement for end users through innovative mobile experiences. You will track key metrics, iterate based on insights, and stay ahead of mobile UX and industry trends to ensure the platform remains competitive. Accountabilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for mobile applications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver high-quality experiences
- Identify user pain points and opportunities through research, data analysis, and direct engagement
- Prioritize features that enhance efficiency, communication, and workflow management for users
- Partner with engineering to balance innovation with technical feasibility, scalability, and performance
- Track success metrics such as adoption, retention, NPS, and usage, iterating to maximize customer value
- Stay informed of trends in mobile UX, communications, and SaaS to maintain competitive advantage
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in mobile-focused roles
- Proven track record of shipping successful mobile apps at scale on iOS and Android
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, platform-specific capabilities, and design patterns
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into strategy and action
- Empathy for SMB users and a passion for simplifying workflows through innovative solutions
- Experience in communications, SaaS, or healthcare/dental verticals is a plus
