We are looking for a Product / Project Manager who can translate customer needs into scalable solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive product execution with speed, clarity, and ownership.

Role Overview

As a Product / Project Manager at NymbleUp, you will own product discovery, customer engagement, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, support, and leadership teams to deliver business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is tech-aware, customer-obsessed, execution-oriented, and excited to leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Understanding & Requirement Gathering

Engage frequently with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and enhancement needs.

Translate insights into structured requirements, PRDs, user journeys, and specs.

Conduct product reviews, demos, and requirement validation sessions.

  1. Product Execution & Cross-Functional Ownership

Work closely with frontend, backend, and mobile engineering teams to scope, refine, and deliver product features.

Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and development tracking.

Ensure clarity of requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality expectations throughout the lifecycle.

  1. Product Launch & Iteration

Produce high-quality PRDs, workflows, and release docs for new products/features.

Prioritize scope and manage trade-offs to ensure timely and impactful releases.

Coordinate testing, enablement, customer rollouts, and feature adoption tracking.

  1. Intelligent Use of AI Tools

Leverage AI / GenAI tools for drafting PRDs, UX flows, wireframes, release notes, testing scripts, and user docs.

Use automation and AI-driven insights to accelerate delivery, decision-making, and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Delivery, or Business Analysis in a SaaS/tech environment.

Strong technology understanding with customer-first & business-first thinking.

Experience working hands-on in fast-paced start-up environments.

Curiosity about metrics, execution processes, user behaviors, and industry trends.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with structured thinking and attention to detail.

Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

Energetic self-starter who can work independently and own outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Background in retail, workforce tech, video analytics, automation, or enterprise SaaS.

Experience with Agile/Scrum tools (e.g., Jira, Clubhouse, Linear).

Exposure to UI/UX tools (Figma, Whimsical) or GenAI based product design tools.

Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, or system integrations.

Experience working with AI-enabled products or automation initiatives.
