We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our mobile app platform in the diagnostics and healthcare space. Responsibilities
- Participate in requirements analysis.
- Participate in product vision and roadmap strategy.
- Define and own the mobile app roadmap, ensuring alignment with business growth and patient experience goals.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management — ideation, development, launch, and iteration.
- Identify and implement third-party integrations (payments, teleconsultation etc.) to enhance app functionality.
- Drive data-driven improvements by tracking KPIs such as MAU/DAU, engagement, retention, NPS, conversion, and revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver seamless, intuitive, and engaging mobile journeys.
- Benchmark against leading consumer apps to bring best practices into healthcare.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study
- 5+ years experience in product management
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack
