What's the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with 46 years of experience to drive the development and scaling of our global investing and multi-currency accounts products in a B2B2C fintech environment. This role is suited for a product manager who combines strong product thinking with operational rigor, thrives in a fast-paced fintech setup, and excels at cross-functional collaboration.

The role focuses on building scalable, compliant fintech solutions across our product suite and partner integrations. You will own end-to-end feature delivery, make data-driven decisions, and ensure seamless coordination between technology, operations, and compliance to deliver reliable customer experiences.

• Define and own the roadmap for multi-currency accounts aligned with business, compliance, and partner needs.

• Balance B2B client requirements with end-customer experience in a B2B2C model.

• Own cross-vertical functions like KYC modules and analytics to standardize the implementations across our product suites

APIs & Integrations

• Own API integrations with banking partners, FX providers, and payment networks.
  
• Ensure reliable, scalable, and secure integrations across internal and external systems.
  

• Track key metrics such as acquisition, growth of multiple product verticals.

• Use experimentation and analysis to improve adoption and reliability.

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Align engineering, design, operations, and business teams on priorities and execution.
  
• Act as the single owner driving accountability across stakeholders.
  

• Ensure smooth go-live and handover with clear documentation and support readiness.

• Monitor live performance and drive continuous improvements.

Team Leadership

• Mentor junior PMs and raise product execution standards.

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or B2B2C environments.

• Proven ability to lead end-to-end ownership of major products or features and drive execution through cross-functional teams.

• Strong decision-making and strategic thinking, using data and customer insights to set priorities and direction.

• Experience leading API/platform initiatives and working with external partners.

• Demonstrated people leadershipmentoring junior PMs, contributing to hiring, and raising product standards.

• Comfortable leading in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with accountability for outcomes.
