Overview
We're hiring a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to own end-to-end design across complex, enterprise-grade products. This is not a UI-only role. You'll work on ambiguous problem spaces, design workflows used by power users, and ship designs that balance usability, compliance, and technical constraints.
You should be fluent in Figma, comfortable prototyping quickly using AI-assisted tools, and strong at turning unclear problem statements into shippable, high-quality product experiences.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Product Design
- Own design from problem definition and user flows to high-fidelity UI and engineering handoff
- Design complex workflows, dashboards, internal tools, and configuration-heavy interfaces
- Make thoughtful tradeoffs between usability, speed, compliance, and scalability
AI-Assisted Design & Prototyping
- Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, wireframing, UI exploration, and microcopy
- Rapidly prototype multiple directions, test internally, and converge quickly
- Apply strong judgment on when to rely on AI and when manual craft is required
User-Centric & Insight-Driven Design
- Advocate for users across the product lifecycle
- Use qualitative feedback, usability testing, support insights, and product usage data to inform decisions
- Continuously refine designs based on real-world usage and feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Product Managers to translate ambiguous requirements into clear UX
- Work with engineers to ensure designs are feasible, well-specified, and shipped as intended
- Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership
Design Systems & Consistency
- Contribute to and evolve shared design systems and component libraries
- Ensure consistency and quality across multiple products and surfaces
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably B2B or enterprise SaaS
- Strong Figma expertise with a portfolio showing end-to-end problem solving (not just visuals)
- Experience using AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to move faster and explore broadly
- Comfort designing complex, data-dense, and workflow-heavy products
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Clear communication and strong product judgment
- Formal design education is welcome but not requiredpractical experience and quality of thinking matter more.
