Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for a Sr. Product Designer to help our client (a Fintech GCC) covering a mobile wallet, a back-office platform, and additional fintech products. In this role, you will own design end-to-end: from discovery and user research to prototyping, high-fidelity UI delivery, and post-launch iteration.

You will collaborate closely with the Design Lead, as well as Product Managers, engineers, analysts, and risk/compliance stakeholders, to create intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences. You'll contribute to and evolve our design system, ensure consistent quality across web and mobile, and use data and user insights to continuously improve the product. We're looking for someone who can balance user needs and business goals, clearly communicate and defend design decisions, and thrive in an Agile, cross-functional environment.

What You Will Do

●      Own the end-to-end design process across our fintech products (mobile wallet, back-office, and other solutions) from discovery and ideation to launch and continuous improvement.

●      Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing), define user journeys and flows, and translate insights into clear product hypotheses and design solutions.

●      Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts and support development.

●      Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, Product Managers, engineers, analytics, and risk/compliance stakeholders to deliver secure, intuitive, and scalable experiences.

●      Contribute to and evolve the design system using existing components and creating new ones when needed to maintain consistency and speed.

●      Work with product data and analytics to define success metrics, evaluate design impact, and iterate based on performance.

●      Communicate design decisions clearly, present work to stakeholders, and incorporate feedback while protecting UX quality and business goals.

●      Support Agile delivery: participate in planning, handle multiple tasks in parallel, and ensure high-quality handoff and implementation.

What We're Looking For (Requirements)

●      3+ years as a Product Designer in product teams, shipping real products end-to-end

●      Strong cross-platform experience (mobile + web)

●      Expert Figma workflow (components, Auto Layout, variants, prototyping)

●      Experience working with or building design systems

●      Solid UX craft: research, flows, prototypes, usability testing

●      Strong UI craft: responsive layouts, states, edge cases, attention to detail

●      Ability to balance UX quality with business goals; defend decisions with rationale/data

●      Comfortable collaborating with PM/Engineering/Analytics/Risk & Compliance

●      Strong communication, ownership, and ability to work in Agile

Nice to Have

●      Experience with mobile wallets, payments, KYC/AML, or back-office/ops tools

●      Basic front-end understanding (HTML/CSS/JS)

●      Experience with metrics, experimentation, funnel analysis

●      Knowledge of fintech trends/tech

Application Requirements (CV & Portfolio)

●     Please include links to your LinkedIn and/or personal website (if available).

●     Share a link to a portfolio (website, Figma, PDF, Notion) showcasing 3–4 product cases.

●     Case studies should include: the problem statement, your role and responsibilities, constraints, process (research → flows → prototypes → UI) and outcomes/impact (metrics or qualitative results).

●     Fintech or complex flows are a plus: payments, transfers, KYC/AML, onboarding, back-office/operations tools, error handling and edge cases.

●     Confidential work: If you can't share visuals publicly, you may provide redacted materials or a private case deck.

●     Product thinking evidence (research & artifacts)

Assessment: Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a test assignment as part of the selection process.
