We're looking for a data-driven professional who can turn complex data into actionable insights and influence key product decisions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis on product features to identify improvement opportunities.
- Own and manage product dashboards and KPIs across user journeys.
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests with statistical rigour.
- Track product releases and monitor post-launch performance.
- Build dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI.
- Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap decisions.
- Work with Ops, Marketing and CX to improve conversion, retention, NPS and frequency.
- Communicate insights effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in product analytics (B2C required).
- Strong SQL, Python, and BI tools expertise.
- Hands-on A/B testing experience.
- Strong analytical thinking (funnels, cohorts, segmentation).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
Good To Have
- Experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA, BigQuery, and Metabase.
- Exposure to high-growth startup environments.
