We have an opportunity for an Process Governance Coordinator to join our AEROSPACE team in Bangalore, IN

Responsibilities

Main objectives and activity

  • Provides Procurement leadership, expertise and best value solutions to the Global Procurement Operations organization by leading the AMERICAS Procurement Operations Governance team and defining the most efficient resource utilization through the outsourcing partner.
    • Define, align and implement solid reporting and analysis requirements for all critical KPIs
    • Build analysis and action plans that lead to improved business and organization results.
    • Lead initiatives to drive compliance across all processes, globally
    • Ensures availability of data by connecting with the Functional Transformation team to drive implementation of a strong reporting and analysis structure.
    • Benchmark regional vs global best practices and setup actions to address process gaps while ensuring global process design/global initiatives match regional requirements;
    • Drive integration of new businesses following standardized processes
    • Ensure adoption and compliance of standard processes
    • Defines effective procurement operations training and on-boarding programs to help the operations teams understand and follow standard work processes
    • Lead Procurement Operations to reduce waste by identifying process improvement opportunities – drive a zero loss mentality
    • Support the Procurement Operations teams to simplify and automate transactional work by maximizing the use of electronic procurement tools, where applicable.
    • Actively connects with partner functions (AP, P2P, Tax, Business, Finance) to drive process synergies.
    • Build proficiency in procurement tools and processes necessary to run effective procurement operations. Act as subject matter expert in all procurement operations related topics

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree – Technical/ Business/ Economic Studies
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • 3+ years of experience in operational procurement/ process optimization
  • Proven track record for process improvement initiatives
  • Previous experience in team coordination or Procurement BPO is a plus
  • MS Office, SAP, Compass, Service Now
  • Excellent English (spoken and written)
