Main Job Purpose:

• Business Partner Home Care Business Group for India
• Create and implement the Home Care Procurement Strategy for India in line with Procurement Light House Strategy
• Drive the Innovation & 5S Agenda for India Home care
• Lead the team managing the procurement operations of Inorganics, Fine Chemicals and locally managed materials for Home Care with a total spend of 650 M.
• Lead the buying of locally managed materials like salt, minerals, blends, speckles etc. with an annual spend of approx. 150 M.
• Work on the clean future agenda from Procurement side for India for relevant homecare materials

Key Accountabilities:
Collaborate with the business team to drive the Home Care BG strategy in India

• Work with cross functional stakeholders to drive business goals.
• Collaborate with R&D and Supply Chain teams drive saving, efficiency and innovation programmes
• Bring outside in and feed the business with vital market information towards pricing, formulation and innovation decisions
• Act as the one point contact for procurement for the HC business
• Lead procurement role in Innovation programmes for HC

Directly lead the procurement of Inorganics, Fine Chemicals & Locally managed materials. These material groups represent a spend of 650 Euro

• Lead a team of 3-4 WL 1s
• Collaborate with global buyers to achieve strategic objectives of the BG in the region

Work on the decarbonization agenda for relevant materials from procurement side for India

• This would involve collaborating with global teams to put in place short-, medium- and long-term programmes to achieve Home Care Clean Future (renewable materials and GHG emission reductions) goals

Lead the HC Material forecasting process for India

Professional Skills:

Candidate should be minimum a graduate with 10-15 years of experience in Procurement/ Procurement Operations preferably within FMCG

Experience Required:

• 10-15+ years of work experience in a Procurement/ Supply Chain / Manufacturing
