Job Description: Procurement Manager-MEP & ELV (HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical & Plumbing)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for MEP systems (HVAC, Firefighting, Electrical, Plumbing).
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with project teams for material forecasting and timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve quality or delivery issues.
Requirements
- Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3-4 years of procurement experience in MEP systems.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and MS Office tools
