You'll make a difference by:

  • Lead a team of approximately 10-15 employees for Real Estate Commercial Services, functionally.
  • Develop strategies to achieve team targets and Key Performance Indicators defined by the Service Line Manager.
  • Manage hiring, team structure and enable employee development strategies.
  • Manage the team's day-to-day operations, by planning and monitoring its tasks and deliverables.
  • Set, steer and be accountable for the team's business continuity planning.
  • Foster the adoption of GBS Culture and lead by example to inspire team members.
  • Be the Partner Success Manager for regional and local functions of the customer organization.

Your success is grounded in:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Finance ,Chartered accountant (CA) or Inter CA or a similar field
  • More than five years of professional experience, especially in the Real Estate or a Shared Service environment, combined with international and inter-cultural experience
  • Previous experience in leading operational/project teams
  • Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate business and processes, particularly in the fields of Contract Management and Space Administration
  • Knowledge of Planon and SAP would be a plus
  • Have a track record in innovation, digitalization and process improvement projects
  • Distinguish yourself by your structured working mode and you are confident in moderation and presentation techniques
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Availability to travel, if needed.
