We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Process Executive / Process Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process analysis and improvement, with a focus on driving operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement new process improvements and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on process changes.
- Conduct process audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed documentation and reports on process performance and improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
