Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in either of Computer Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 35 years of experience in process analysis, business process improvement, or continuous improvement roles.
  • Proven ability to map, document, and optimize complex cross-functional processes.
  • Strong experience with process tools such as Visio, Service Now, Ms-Office, Teams
  • Hands-on experience executing ITIL Process methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication skillsable to translate technical process details into clear, actionable insights for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, data analysis, and familiarity with Power BI/Co-Pilot or similar tools.

Monitoring & Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze process and product performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; propose and implement optimizations.
  • Drive innovation, automation, and ongoing process enhancements.
