Sr. Printer Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sr. Printer Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printer technology and be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality printing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement printing solutions based on customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance printer performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates to printing systems and software.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on printer operation and maintenance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in printer engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of printer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting printer issues and performing repairs.
• Familiarity with different printing technologies and protocols (e.g., inkjet, laser, thermal).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
