Job Description

  • Lead and own product validation strategy, including regression quality, performance benchmarking and release sign‑off
  • Act as a technical authority to identify product weaknesses and recommend improvements
  • Drive process, methodology, and test infrastructure improvements across Product Validation
  • Work closely with R&D, Product Engineering, Application Engineering, and customers to ensure product readiness
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to senior and junior engineers
  • Support and influence cross‑functional initiatives and high‑impact programs
  • Act as a technical authority in conceiving and defining verification and validation strategies for complex products and solution flows
  • Drive design for testability principles into product lines and integrated solution flows
  • Deep experience in Product Validation/ Software Quality Assurance
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑team technical efforts
  • Strong communication and influencing skill
  • BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of relevant experience (or Master's + 7 years / PhD + 5 years)
