Sr. Principal Product Engineer Digital & Signoff Group

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise & Support

• Serve as primary expert for place-and-route (P&R) and digital implementation workflows.
• Support internal R&D teams and external customers on technical issues and solutions.
• Provide deep technical guidance on ASIC design flow (RTL-to-GDSII).

Product Development & Collaboration

• Collaborate with R&D teams to identify, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Contribute to product improvement and robust release cycles.
• Work with product marketing to align technical capabilities with market requirements.

Design Benchmarking & Optimization

• Perform competitive benchmarking for Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).
• Optimize timing closure and physical design at advanced nodes (7nm, 5nm, and below).

Flow Development & Automation

• Develop RTL-to-GDSII flows and customized scripts to meet customer requirements.
• Enhance design methodologies for improved efficiency and performance.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with global customers to resolve complex design challenges.
• Translate technical issues into actionable engineering solutions.
• Provide clear technical communication and documentation.
