Act as a technical interface between customers and internal R&D teams to capture, analyze, and translate customer requirements into clear engineering specifications.
Drive development and enhancement of STA tool capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry signoff requirements.
Support STA signoff methodologies including timing closure, SI analysis, OCV/POCV/AOCV, derates, clocking strategies, and constraint modeling.
Work closely with customers to enable tool adoption, benchmarking, evaluation, and production deployment.
Collaborate with R&D teams to define, prioritize, and implement new features, bug fixes, and workflow improvements.
Analyze complex timing issues in real-world designs and provide scalable, data-driven solutions.
Participate in technical reviews, escalations, and customer support activities to ensure high-quality resolution.
Develop and optimize flows using scripting for automation and analysis support.
Contribute to continuous product improvement by identifying gaps and proposing enhancements based on customer feedback.
Ensure successful deployment and expansion of STA solutions across customer environments.
