Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad_Phoenix. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AppDynamics, Glassbox, or JavaScript API, as well as ThousandEyes. This role is critical in ensuring the observability and monitoring of our infrastructure, enabling us to maintain high performance and reliability across our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage observability and monitoring solutions using AppDynamics, Glassbox, and ThousandEyes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement infrastructure monitoring strategies that align with business objectives.
• Analyze system performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve application performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to monitoring processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions to mitigate risks associated with infrastructure performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in observability and monitoring to continuously enhance our infrastructure capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members in the area of observability and monitoring.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in AppDynamics, Glassbox, or JavaScript API.
• Proficient in using ThousandEyes for network and application performance monitoring.
• In-depth knowledge of observability and monitoring principles and practices.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications and infrastructure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and response processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in observability, monitoring, or cloud technologies are a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure projects and initiatives.
