In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and optimizing our cloud products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies that enhance product performance and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain Azure/AWS /GCP Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards.

• Understands and experienced Immutable Infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and cloud native services

• Understands and experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible or Chef

• Hands on experience with Windows and Linux and Administration Infrastructure provisioning, configuration and application deployment is completely automated.

• IaC - Infrastructure as Code. Automation scripts are treated as code source controlled and versioned. (So being comfortable with GitHub, Linux, python scripting, PowerShell and etc)

• Be able to troubleshoot issues on the VMs, Windows/Linux Server VMs.

• Write operational procedures

• Work closely with Application/Product owners

• Remediate any availability, regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies

• Notify Client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology

• Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, information technology, or business analytic

• Hands on experience Managing solutions on MS Azure with good knowledge of AWS or GCP also

• Exposure to container technologies (AKS, Docker) and DevOps tools.

• Knowledge of security controls for the public cloud (encryption of data in motion/rest and key management)

• Linux and Windows OS Administration

• Experience with Open-Source Cloud and configuration management tools (Terraform Ansible, etc.)
  Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Cloud Certification
