Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Prebid Implementation Specialist. The position involves overseeing and implementing Prebid solutions to meet client needs, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth integration with existing systems. The role also requires working closely with publishers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, and providing ongoing support to optimize the performance of solutions implemented. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements.

Primary duties include:

  • Programmatic Analysis – Maintaining Key KPI's for Programmatic Fill and eCPM's with key correlations between Device, Cookie Settings, Refresh and Viewability
  • Prebid KPI Analysis - Analyze data and provide recommendations based on ssp
  • Prebid.js - Settings and Yield Optimization - Working with Tag Dev and Publisher Team
  • Prebid.js - Header Structure: Client vs S2S, SSP Rotation / Setup by Device, GEO, Site
  • Identity Solutions - Working Knowledge of ID Solutions and Bid Enhancement
  • Curated Deals - Understanding how to bundle Inventory and create curated deals for inventory.
  • Publisher Support -  Programmatic support for trouble shooting issue and or Yield
  • Dynamic Flooring / Traffic Shaping -  Working knowledge of Flooring and Bid Req Optimization
  • Yield Analysis: Monitor Yield based upon Demand Source by Inventory/Product: Display, Native, Video
  • Data Structure:  Managing Programmatic Data Structures to monitor, maintain and analyze yield related to publishers, ads Slots, and Key KPI's to drive data transparency. 
  • Privacy Policy - Industry Compliance Reporting/Analysis:  Ensure solid understanding of industry rules and trends, and ability to report on Addressiblity Inventory, and GDPR
  • Communication: Key Communicator and Liaison with Programmatic Team, Vendors, Dev, and Business Intelligence.
  • Technical Q/A: Testing SSP Launches and Ensure Ad Requests and Header Bidder Placements are accurately recording inventory
  • Testing : Creating different A/B test to increase Yield - SSP's/ADX and Page Templates
  • Operations: Dynamic Flooring, Managing Advertiser Flooring, and Account Rules/Settings – ADX, SSP's, TAM
  • SSP's Management : Experience in managing different SSP Platform operations..
  • Optimization: Testing of ADX and Header Bidder Rules and settings to increase Yield
  • Strategy – Proficient in DFP and SSP System Settings to ensure optimal Yield Set-up, SSP Block List and Flooring
  • Project Management – Managing Yield Platforms and Reporting
  • Data Stories: Analyze Publisher and SSP Data to report to Pub Dev and Programmatic Supervisor
  • Data Integrity - Work with Data Ops and BI to ensure data integrity
  • Forecasting : Create and Maintain Projection/Forecasting Models for Revenue Streams

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate Degree – Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Technology, Business Intelligence. 
  • 5-8 yrs. experience related to Programmatic Monetization, Online Advertising/Web Analytics in one, or a combination of the following job functions: HeaderBidding Ad Tech,  Traffic Analyst, Account Management, Yield Management, Campaign Management, Publisher Operations/Development, Ad Operations, Data Analytics.
  • Experience with and an in-depth knowledge of DFP ad server and Open Bidding Ad Tech
  • Experience with SSP UI/Applications. Example (Rubicon, Index, OpenX, Appnexus)
  • Experience with Header Bidding Ad Tech and PreBid.js infrastructure
  • Experience Implementing and Onboarding Demand
  • Experience Managing Multiple relationships 
  • Experience a Plus - BI Tools for data manipulation – SQL, Visual Tool –Example Domo, Periscope, Looker, Tableau
  • Solid track record of exhibiting extreme attention to detail and organization skills.
