Engage with clients to assess current network landscape (LAN, WAN, DC, Cloud), maturity assessment, gap analysis & benchmarking
Define network transformation roadmap, automation, agentic Ai use cases, strategic advisory on secured network per industry vertical
Design end to end enterprise network architecture ensuring scalability, resiliency and security by design
Build HLD/LLD, reference architecture and solution blueprints
Translate technical solutions into business outcomes
TCO reduction
Performance improvement
User experience enhancement
Interacts w/CxO, VPs, IT Heads
Facilitate worksops, discovery sessions & design discussions
Support RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals
Participate in client presentations & technical discussions
Provide guidance during transition, implementation
Infuse recent trends to build PoV, solution accelerators and resuable assets
Required Skills
Enterprise networking (CCNP/CCIE, Aruba)
SASE/SSE/Zero Trust Frameworks (Fortinet, Zscaler, Palo Alto)
Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Presales / Solutions Architecting experience in responding to RFP, RFI, RFQ
Strong understanding of Industry benchmark for Managed services
Must have Knowledge of ITSM and Network Automation & AIOPs
Good presentation skills and Communication skills
Business case development
Support team with innovative ideas needed for customer solutions
Understand client's business and functional needs and create customized managed services solution aligning to customer RFx
Identifying the win theme and execution
Co create with the client, articulate transformation, and drive innovation agenda
Create cost models and experience in updating customer pricing templates
Communicates and validates program architecture with infrastructure team, project management team, and technology services management team.
Work with respective competencies in the capacity of solution integrator.
Build long standing, trust based relationships with the customer and establish as a trusted partner with the customer C Level executives.
Provide Engagement Hand Over (EHO) to delivery for won deals.
