Role Description

We are seeking a Senior PR Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Senior PR Manager will lead and manage strategic communications initiatives, craft compelling press releases, and establish strong relationships with media professionals. Key responsibilities include overseeing media outreach plans, managing public relations campaigns, and serving as the main point of contact between clients and the organization. This role will also involve developing and executing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation and team management.

Qualifications

• Expertise in crafting Press Releases and managing Public Relations campaigns.
• Profound skills in Media Relations, including maintaining contacts and working closely with local and national media outlets.
• Strong abilities in Communication and Strategic Communications for developing impactful messaging and campaigns.
• Proven leadership and team management experience in public relations or related fields.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
• Creativity and innovation in designing PR campaigns and strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an agency setting or working with high-profile clients is highly desirable.
