Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and translating them into technical requirements.
Responsible for analyzing complex business requirements and developing data visualizations and reports to provide insights to decision makers.
Designing and developing PowerBI dashboards, reports, and data models using best practices and industry standards.
Implementing data integration solutions to pull data from various sources into PowerBI.
Optimizing and maintaining Power BI performance and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
Conducting data analysis and providing insights and recommendations based on Power BI reports and dashboards.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation using Power BI.
Managing Power BI licenses and user access rights.
Providing training and support to end users on Power BI functionality and best practices.
Staying up to date with the latest Power BI features and enhancements and evaluating their potential application to the organizations reporting and analytics needs.
Leading a team of Power BI developers and analysts to deliver high-quality Power BI solutions.
Power BI Lead should have strong technical skills in Power BI development and data modeling, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. They should also have a deep understanding of business processes and analytics to effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
