Sr Power BI Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver interactive Power BI dashboards that drive strategic insights across functions
• Lead semantic model design and optimization for scalable and high-performance reporting
• Apply advanced DAX for complex logic, layered analytics, and time-intelligence functions
• Integrate external and internal data sources using APIs, SQL, and Power Query, ensuring data reliability and governance
• Enable Power BI Copilot integration to improve report usability, automation, and insights generation
• Implement and manage Power BI security including RLS and workspace governance
• Champion enterprise BI adoption and self-service reporting practices
• Improve reporting pipelines with CI/CD automation (deployment workflows, version control, environment promotion)
• Collaborate with engineering, data architecture, and business teams to ensure reporting aligns with data platform strategy
• Support data governance programs including data quality management, cataloging, and lineage tracking (Microsoft Purview experience preferred)
• Proactively engage stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical deliverables
