We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Frontend Tech to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading frontend development efforts and a passion for building exceptional user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of frontend technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend development team to deliver high-quality web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define project requirements.
• Develop and implement frontend architecture and design patterns to optimize performance and scalability.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and advocate for their adoption within the team.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in frontend development.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Experience in agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
