Job Title: Sr. Planning, Monitoring Billing Engineer

Location: Bhandup, Mumbai, MH

Experience: Minimum 10 years (Water Projects)

Budget: 10-12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules (L1 to L4 levels) and optimize resource allocation using Microsoft Project (MSP) to ensure project timelines are met.

Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, highlighting delays, critical paths, and recovery plans.

Handle client and subcontractor billing, including RA bills, quantity verification, and cost tracking.

Coordinate with stakeholders, site, design, procurement teams and Head Office to track progress, manage resources effectively, and resolve planning deviations.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and billing for water infrastructure projects.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) with hands-on experience in multi-level scheduling (L1–L4) and resource planning.

Good knowledge of billing procedures, BOQ analysis, and strong coordination C communication skills.
