Project Planning
- Prepare detailed project schedules and plans .
- Develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) .

Scheduling
- Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project .

Progress Monitoring
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress .
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions .

Resource Planning
- Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for the project.

Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, progress reports, and project dashboards .

Risk Delay Analysis
- Conduct delay analysis and risk assessment .
- Develop recovery plans if project timelines slip.

Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and clients .
