Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather project requirements and timelines.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments to schedules as necessary.
• Prepare reports for stakeholders on project status and timelines.
• Identify potential risks in project planning and develop mitigation strategies.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to team members and management.
• Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure project efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
• Proven experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in a large-scale engineering or construction environment.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
