Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Placement Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with employers, arranging campus recruitment drives, providing career counseling, guiding students for job preparation, and ensuring successful placement outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with educational institutions, students, and hiring partners to achieve placement goals.
Qualifications
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Management.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities.
- Customer Service and Recruiting skills
- Background in Education and Career Counseling
- Proven ability to manage employer relationships and organize recruitment drives
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the education or placement industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
