Role Description The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for driving measurable growth across digital channels. This role oversees end-to-end performance marketing initiatives, including planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing performance strategies, managing budgets and bids, analyzing campaign data, and making data-informed decisions to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition. The role also involves collaborating closely with creative, design, web development, and client-servicing teams to align messaging, landing pages, and funnels with campaign objectives. The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager will mentor junior team members, present insights and reports to stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous performance improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing expertise, including hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Proficiency with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
- Ability to develop data-driven strategies, including funnel optimization, conversion rate optimization, and ROI-focused budget allocation.
- Experience collaborating with creative, content, and web development teams to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Demonstrated skills in reporting, dashboard creation, and presenting campaign insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to coach and guide junior marketers.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital or performance marketing are a plus.
- Experience working in an agency or multi-client environment and familiarity with diverse industries is highly beneficial.
