Senior Performance Marketing Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Analyst with strong experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CPL, CTR, and CPC.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Analyze campaign data and dashboards to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.
Manage analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio/Data Studio, and Google Sheets.
Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, audiences, and other campaign elements.
Work closely with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Provide strategic inputs to improve campaign performance and support business goals.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on paid media experience.
Minimum 2 years of mandatory agency experience in paid media.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms.
Good understanding of ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and other performance marketing metrics.
Proficiency in analytics, reporting, and dashboard tools.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Detail-oriented, results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in an onsite environment.
