Sr. Pega Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement applications using Pega PRPC (Pega 7.x / 8.x).
• Participate in architecture design and solution development for enterprise applications using PRPC 7.1.9 or Pega 8+.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.
• Develop, debug, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain automation testing scripts using Selenium.
• Integrate applications using web services and ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Work with Oracle databases, including DDL, DML, and Stored Procedures (SP).
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders for successful project delivery.

Eligibility:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years of relevant hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega versions 7.x and 8.x.
• Mandatory Pega certification: CSSA or LSA.
• Strong understanding of Pega internals and product architecture.
• Experience working in Agile methodology-based projects.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium automation/testing scripts.
• Good understanding of databases, web services, and Oracle technologies.
• Experience in developing and maintaining applications in large corporate environments.
• Knowledge of modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
