Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, with 5–6+ years of relevant Pega development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Pega PRPC (Pega RULES Process Commander)
Proven experience in building:
- Workflows / Case Management solutions
- Pega UI (preferably Constellation)
- Integrations (REST/SOAP, services/connectors)
- Business rules & decisioning logic
- Solid understanding of Pega platform architecture, tools, and frameworks
- Experience working with databases (SQL) and strong understanding of data modeling concepts
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
Certifications (Mandatory)
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
