Job Responsibilities

JOB TITLE:Sr Partnership Office Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

  • Solve moderately complex business problems and contribute to shaping analytical approaches
  • Lead research, analytics, and documentation efforts for Managed Accounts with minimal oversight from senior team members
  • Drive technical analytical support and enhancements for core AI / BI reporting tools in the organisation

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Managed Accounts support

  • Develop a strong understanding of the clinical operations landscape and Syneos Managed Accounts model
  • Account Performance Management:
    • Lead account performance tracking across metrics such as Gross Awards, Pipeline, Revenue, and Operational KPIs
    • Develop and refine standardized tools, templates, and frameworks to support account planning and performance reviews
    • Lead and oversee research, analysis, and presentation development for strategic account initiatives

  • Partnership Management: support the partnership management activities including:
    • Learning Management System (LMS) administration and reporting
    • Governance meeting preparation and tracking
    • Partner engagement and documentation support
    • Design, set-up and launch for surveys, newsletters etc.
    • Responding to ad-hoc analytical requests, ranging from bid proposals to reporting for internal decision-makers

Reporting & Analytics Enablement

  • Architect and build advanced AI / BI solutions to meet evolving internal and client-facing reporting requirements
  • Maintain and enhance operational data platforms, including Synopsis Rewired and other enterprise reporting systems.
  • Own technical documentation, governance, and continuous improvement activities for reporting and analytics assets.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fresh Engineering graduate from any premier institute preferably from IIT or experienced professional from top consulting firms with proven experience (1+ year) in Data analytics and market research.
  • Should have strong proficiency in MS Excel & any reporting tools like Power BI / Tableau.
  • Self-motivated person with strong research and team working skills, analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively good with ambiguity
  • Understands written and spoken English well.
